WFX Fall 2008

More than 400 exhibitors and over 6,000 attendees will join us for WFX Fall next year in Houston, the hub of the large and fast-growing south-central market, November 5-7, 2008. Priority rebook for current WFX Fall 2007 exhibitors will take place on-site at WFX in Atlanta, beginning Thursday, October 25. WFX 2007 exhibitors will be notified in early October of the specific date and time of their appointment based on priority points for WFX Fall.

When priority rebook ends on Friday, October 26th, WFX Fall ’08 space selection is on a first-come, first-served basis.

Important dates for participation:

October 1, 2007

• WFX 2007 exhibitors will receive their rebook packet for WFX Fall 2008 including floorplan, pricing, booth space contract and sponsorship information. Also included will be the day and time of each priority space selection appointment held on-site at WFX 2007 in Atlanta, based on Fall 2007 priority numbers.

October 25, 2007

• Priority space selection begins. WFX 2007 exhibitors will receive a reminder notice prior to their scheduled appointment.

October 26, 2007

• WFX Fall 2007 Houston exhibit space opens up for general sales at the completion of the priority space sales selection
