Local Church Tours
WFX 2007 announces exclusive church tours! One of these tours is sure to be right for you - the mega church that just completed a three-phase overhaul of their facilities; the large church that outgrew its last space and has just opened a new sanctuary; the satellite campus that features top-notch technology with facilities to accommodate a growing congregation; or the historic urban church that is managing growth while retaining its downtown location and place in history.

Shuttles to the tours depart the Cobb Galleria Centre at 4:30pm on Wednesday, October 24 and will return to the convention center at approximately 7:00pm. Due to parking limitations at some locations, you are requested to ride the dedicated shuttle to the tour. You must be registered for the tour to attend.
Limited to full conference attendees only. Cost is $15/person. All proceeds are split between the WFX charity, Harvest Aid, and a charity of the host church's choice.
Mount Paran Church of God, Atlanta
| Mount Paran Church of God in metropolitan Atlanta has recently completed a three-phase project to overhaul their grounds and facilities, including an impressive 2,400+ seat sanctuary. The $17 million venture resulted in a sanctuary that fully supports their emphasis on music with an impressive technology suite to further enhance their integration of high-level equipment.

Zion Baptist Church, Marietta
| One of the oldest black churches in the greater Atlanta metropolitan area outgrew its existing sanctuary, as the congregation has grown to over 1,200 members. Zion Baptist Church bought about an acre of land that became available nearby and just completed the construction of a $12 million, 1,200-seat sanctuary and classroom building. The original brick building, completed in 1886 is still part of the campus and is being used as a museum.
