Worship Facilities Conference and Expo (WFX) and XPastor.org Join Together for the second Pastors Executive Forum
Framingham, MA – February 27, 2008 - Worship Facilities Conference & Expo (WFX), the leading event for church facilities and technology teams, is proud to announce its partnership with XPastor.org for WFX Spring 2008. XPastor.org, an organization dedicated to providing business and growth management training for church leaders, partnered with WFX in 2007 to introduce the first ever Pastors Executive Forum. Due to the overwhelming positive response, the Pastors Executive Forum will return for WFX Spring 2008, taking place on April 29, 2008 in Indianapolis, IN.
Founder of XPastor.org and Executive Pastor of Grace Covenant Church in Austin, Texas, Dr. David Fletcher, is a skilled networker who brings together key church leaders to speak on various topics concerning church leadership today. Dr. Fletcher teaches through stories and case studies about guiding every step of the church growth process through its completion, from planning the building project to selecting a lender, by allowing attendees to learn by idea and practice. “With the success of the Pastors Executive Forum at WFX 2007, the need for this type of education was in great demand,” states Dr. Fletcher. “To continue to work with WFX and educate Senior and Executive Pastors through the experiences of their peers is an incredible opportunity and we are excited to be a part of it.”
A day long event, Pastors Executive Forum attendees will take away valuable knowledge on the following topics:
- Spiritual DNA: Spiritual Leadership for a New Building
- Designing the Dream: Interaction with the Architect
- Funding the Dream: Working with Bankers and Fundraisers
- Building the Dream: Working with a Contractor
In support of the forum topics, attendees will hear from leaders with extensive experience in the building process who are looking forward to sharing their insights.
Dr. David Fletcher has been part of the WFX Advisory Council since its inception in 2005. His experience, knowledge and expertise have provided complete training experience for church teams. “The Pastors Executive Forum provides the final piece of training for every member of the church team,” states Brian Blackmore, WFX Conference Chairperson and Publisher and Editor-in-Chief of Church Production Magazine and Worship Facilities magazine. “The structure of the Pastors Executive Forum pulls together the event by providing specific, real world examples and direction for attendees to help them plan, build or restructure their ministry.”
The Pastors Executive Forum, part of WFX, will take place on Tuesday, April 29, 2008 from 9:00am – 4:30pm at the Hyatt Regency Indianapolis. For more information on WFX Spring 2008, please visit www.wfxweb.com.
