Worship Facilities Conference and Expo 2007 Expected to be the Largest Event of its Kind in the House of Worship Market
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
CONTACT: Growth of leading event for church facilities and technology teams soars for 3rd straight year Framingham, MA − August 16, 2007 − Worship Facilities Conference & Expo (WFX), now in its 3rd year, continues to be the leading event for church facilities and technology teams as anticipation grows with another record breaking show on the horizon. WFX, produced by EH Events and presented by Church Production Magazine and Worship Facilities magazine, predicts 2007 to be the strongest event to date in terms of attendance, exhibitors, and the conference program. WFX 2007 will take place from October 24-26, 2007, at the Cobb Galleria Centre in Atlanta, Georgia. Projecting over 50% growth over 2006, WFX plans to surpass 5,000 attendees and 400 exhibitors. Not only will that growth be seen on the expo floor, but also in the addition of the Pastors Executive Forum, a day long business training seminar for senior leaders produced by XPastor, and in more than 60 conference sessions, focused on four dedicated tracks for growing church of all sizes:
“Facilities design and building technology planning cannot happen in isolation from each other,” says Brian Blackmore, editor/publisher of Church Production Magazine and Worship Facilities magazine and WFX Conference Chair. “That's what's unique about WFX; there's no other place in the world where churches can get this concentration of information that spans facilities design, construction, financing plus the fast-paced markets of A/V, lighting, IT and internet technologies." In WFX tradition, the 2007 conference program and special events will be packed with industry and house of worship leaders sharing first-hand experiences, real-life case studies and the largest expo floor of its kind. The event will commence with dynamic keynote presentations from Founding and Senior Pastors Andy Stanley of North Point Community Church and Craig Groeschel of Lifechurch.tv, two of the top three “Most Innovative Churches” in America, according to Outreach Magazine. Both pioneers of the ground-breaking growth strategies in the church market, Groeschel and Stanley will share their success stories, leaving the WFX 2007 attendees with a solid foundation for their own church growth. “Craig Groeschel and Andy Stanley embody the type of cutting-edge ministry and growth strategies that WFX is all about,” states Nicole Derany, WFX Show Director. “We could not be more excited about having these key industry leaders kick off WFX 2007.” In addition to the Keynote Double Feature, WFX will also offer attendees a wide range of real-life facilities and ministry growth experiences through four behind-the-scenes tours of Atlanta churches, including a mega church, a large church, an historic urban church, and a smaller satellite campus. Regardless of the church size or location, attendees will take away new ideas and knowledge about how new and existing churches are adapting using innovative facilities and technology strategies. WFX - Worship Facilities Conference & Expo 2007 will take place from October 24-26, 2007 at the Cobb Galleria Centre in Atlanta, GA. For more information, please visit www.wfxweb.com.
