Who should attend WFX?
WFX was created for the decision-making teams at worship facilities that are in the process (or are about to be) of re-designing, renovating, upgrading and/or building a new facility, as well as outfitting the sanctuary with the latest technology. Can I bring my entire team with me? Are there team discounts?
Yes, your entire team is welcome and encouraged to attend with you. Some churches have just a few team members, others may have more than 10, and there is something for each one of you at WFX. Special pricing is available when attending the conference program. Is the keynote presentation open to all attendees?
Yes! All registered attendees, exhibitors and members of the media are invited to attend the exclusive WFX 2007 Keynote Extravaganza for FREE, as part of your registration package. What are Exhibitor-Offered Classes?
Exhibitor-Offered Classes are 45-minute sessions produced and taught by product manufacturers and/or service providers that are exhibiting at Worship Facilities Expo. Free to all attendees, these sessions allow exhibiting companies to provide product or service-specific training. No need to register in advance for these classes, just show up when the class is ready to begin. How much is it to register for WFX?There are several different registration packages for WFX, with great incentives to bring your entire team.
The Full Conference Package allows access to all sessions, the keynote, the concert and the the exclusive facilities back-stage tour on Wednesday night. Just want to view the exhibits or coming as a spouse? We have Expo-Plus passes available, which also includes the Willow Creek Keynote presentation. When will I receive my badge in the mail?Registrants who sign-up 30 days prior to WFX will receive their badges in the mail. If you register after this date, you may not receive a badge in the mail, but you will need to bring your printed confirmation to the Convention Center to receive your badge. How do I make travel arrangements with the WFX special prices?
WFX has secured discounted rates with local hotels, which are conveniently located to the Cobb Centre Galleria. The WFX web sites travel section gives you complete information on how to take advantage of these special prices, and also fills you in on what to do while in the area!
