Description:

This project is a notable project for many reasons.  Building in Naples Florida is not an easy task.  The city assessments alone were close to $3 million dollars and took many months to achieve.  The church was in a rented building at the time this process began and was running three services every Sunday morning without a seat left over.  They were in dire need of a new facility.  This was a new site which the city required us to completely develop and install the entire infrastructure for the master plan in this first phase.  There were no onsite utilities available so we had to dig wells and install fire tanks on site as part of the construction.

The new facility houses a 580 seat sanctuary, children’s classrooms, nursery, youth sanctuary; starbucks style café, extensive lobby/gathering space, stadium seating and state of the art sound video and lighting.

Youth Sanctuary seats 150 and is urban themed.  As you walk into the youth you feel like you are walking down a main street in a large city.  You see everything from a large truck to a movie theater!  It is a great place for the teens to gather.  There is a truck and the stage looks like it sits on the flat bed trailer attached.  Behind the stage there is a large pole that looks like it is attached to a billboard sign and the sign is actually a video screen where they show all their videos.  The youth space has all the state of the art sound video and lighting equipment as well.

The sanctuary has stadium seating to seat 580.  It has a neutral color scheme.  The video screen is 32 ft wide by 10 ft tall.  It was designed to be doubled in size in the next phase by taking out the wall behind the stage and moving the stage back.

The building has a borders style bookstore that opens to the lobby/gathering space.  The exterior sports a Tommy Bahama style with three large towers on the exterior, with a steeple and cross in the center, and trellis’ that runs across the entire front and a portion of the sides to give exterior gathering space.  In the future phases they will add 4 more buildings which will eventually house office, children’s, nursery, youth and fellowship spaces.  The property has a lake with 2 fountains and will house an amphitheater in the future.

Their church attendance increased 2 times on Sunday mornings and doubled on Wednesday night service when they moved into their new building.
