Regardless of whether your church is in the planning for a building project or A/V installation or in the throes of one, having a dedicated team in place and keeping them happy is essential. Sessions in this track touch on how to recruit, hire, train and keep your staff and volunteers happy as well as management and growth tips to help you succeed.

For Smaller Churches - Several dedicated classes within the WFX Conference Program will specifically address the growth and A/V needs of the smaller church.
