Overview
Worship Facilities Conference & Expo (WFX, www.wfxweb.com) is the leading event for church facilities and technology teams. Presented by Church Production and Worship Facilities magazines, WFX offers conference sessions on everything from architectural design and fundraising to mixing sound and utilizing social networking. WFX attendees include Senior and Executive Pastors, Business Administrations, Building Committee Members, Facilities Managers, Technical Directors, Tech Team Members, Worship Leaders and more.

APPLICATION GUIDELINES
Peer-to-Peer Learning
WFX attendees enjoy learning from their peers who are in the trenches and tackling issues similar to their own. To meet their expectations, WFX prefers for sessions to be taught or co-taught by a representative from a church. If you are a product manufacturer or service provider proposing a session, you are encouraged to recruit a customer to co-present or participate on a panel discussion. Sessions taught or co-taught by a church representatives are weighted more heavily during the review process.
Submitting a Proposal
All session proposals must be submitted through the online form (see link below). Please avoid using bulleted lists or any special characters as these may cause submission errors.
If you are submitting multiple sessions for consideration, please fill out a form for each individual submission. Multiple submissions received on one form will not be considered.
Commercialism
The WFX Program is an educational forum only and is not to be used for promotional means. Exhibitors interested in promoting their company/product in a seminar format are encouraged to sign up for an Exhibitor Offered Training session by contacting Laura McDermott at 508-663-1500 x267.
Promotional/Presentation Materials
In order to effectively market the Worship Facilities Conference & Expo program, WFX requires that all presenters submit their presentation, biography, headshot and conference handouts to the Conference Manager by the specified deadlines. WFX reserves the right to edit content for consistency and style. WFX must be contacted in the event of a change or substitution as soon as possible. All changes and/or substitutions must be approved by WFX.
Speaker Benefits
All speakers are provided with complimentary full conference registration to the Worship Facilities Conference & Expo program and exhibit floor. One additional full conference pass will be available for a colleague to use. Other registration discounts may be available to pass along to colleagues. Speakers will be admitted into a lounge provided exclusively for their use, consisting of light refreshments. WFX will also connect speakers interested in publicity opportunities with media representatives attending the event.
Financial Support
Unfortunately, the conference program cannot subsidize the expenses of all its presenters. Proposals from church staff will be considered for some travel support, if available.
Submitting Your Proposal(s)
All session proposals must be submitted via the online form on or before Monday, November 28, 2011. WFX encourages you to submit multiple proposals if there are multiple topics on which you are qualified to speak.
