Join us for the expanded Tech Leaders Retreat, designed for tech managers, staff, and volunteers from medium and small-sized churches who are seeking mentorship, guidance, fellowship, and resources to become more effective, satisfied, and fulfilled in their role.

Presented by Church Technical Leaders, this is an exclusive experience consisting of three sessions for Tech Directors who share a passion to serve the church. Choose which sessions meet your need: one, two, or all three.

Plus, you will have the opportunity to learn more about Church Technical Leaders, a new and FREE membership community that is linking, supporting and mentoring the technical ministry role in churches from across the country and worldwide.

Leadership and Team Development

Tuesday, September 18 (2:00pm - 6:00pm)

Designed for: Tech managers, staff, and volunteers

Hear from Tech Leaders who serve in some of the most influential churches in America and live in the day-to-day ministry just like you do. We might talk about equipment and systems, but we'll mainly focus on the real issues that every Tech Leader faces. From burnout to spiritual growth to volunteers, we want you to leave with strategy and direction as well as a network of church technical leaders just like you to support you in what you do. The Retreat is led by gifted tech directors from some of the most progressive and influential churches.

Wednesday, September 19 (10:30am - 1:30pm)

Designed for: Audio directors, tech staff, volunteer audio team members

Hear from Audio Directors who serve in some of the most influential churches in America who live in the day-to-day ministry just like you do. We can talk about equipment and systems (because we love that stuff), but we'll mainly focus on the issues that anyone who steps behind the console or leads the team that does. From building an awesome mix to volunteers, we want you to leave with strategy and direction as well as a network of church technical leaders just like you to support you in what you do.

Multi-Site Technology and Production

Thursday, September 20 (10:15am - 1:15pm)

Designed for: Tech staff, church leaders, and volunteers from churches exploring the possibility, or currently doing, multi-site or multi-venue church and desire to learn more about the “behind the scenes” of pulling off multiple services.

Topics will include content delivery systems; tips and tricks of doing multi-site church; production systems; discussions of the staffing side (volunteers or paid teams) and what it takes people wise to make it happen; exploring the complexities of multiple campuses and the “lessons learned” that help make “multi” church successful.

This session is open to Pastors, worship leaders, board members, tech staff, and volunteers that have vested interest in helping their church achieve the vision God has given them in communicating the Gospel through the multi-site strategy.
