Demystifying Technology Investments and Their Contribution to Kids Spiritual Growth
It’s easy to dismiss technology when it comes to reaching and teaching our children biblical principles. At the same time, technology and culture have changed how kids respond and learn. So, what’s the answer for your church?  In this session, basis principles and examples will be presented how some churches are applying basic technology improvements into kids’ spaces and what contribution or role is has played in the growth of their kids.

Making the Case for Investments to Kids’ Space Improvements
A recent Barna study indicates that 60 percent of pastors are definitely or probably going to increase their investment in facilities and equipment for children and 51 percent for youth/teenagers. Every church has a unique situation, yet the potential impact is significant. This presentation will equip you with communication strategies and essential information needs that will be critical for presenting and persuading leadership of cost and potential benefits of realistic and appropriate improvements to kids’ spaces.

After the Dust is Cleaned: Ensuring Success with Your New
It’s exciting to make improvements to your spaces, regardless of their size or scope. Keeping in mind the resources you have been provided are just tools, you should be thinking and planning how you are going to prepare yourself, staff, and volunteers to maximize the impact of your new tools.  Discussion will focus around using technology to support or augment curriculum, activity flow in new structures, staff and volunteer training, and measurement of progress.
